About the book:
The Stars of Patience is a gentle and heartwarming story about a little boy named Zayd who learns that some things cannot be rushed.
When Zayd plants a tiny watermelon seed, he hopes it will grow before Eid. But as the days pass and nothing seems to happen, waiting becomes harder than he expected. Along the way, a quiet turtle named Sabr, his sister Layla, and Grandma Nani help him discover an important lesson: patience is not simply waiting, it is caring, making an effort, and trusting Allah’s timing.
Through seeds, stars, a little turtle, and a beautiful journey of faith, children are encouraged to understand the value of Sabr, dua, gratitude, and trust in Allah.
A gentle story for little hearts learning that even when we cannot see what is happening, something beautiful may be growing beneath the surface.
