• Delivered product is incorrect (they have received the book(s) they did not ask for.)

Therefore, it is highly recommended that once you receive your parcel, open it immediately and inspect the book(s), so any requests for returns can be made in time. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a book, you may return it for a full refund on the book's price. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
